![]() Fungal Infestation is deceptively strong when fighting humanoids, and remember you get reactions back at the start of your turn so if you kill someone on your turn you can reaction bring them back as a zombie immediately.Since none of the attacks normal effects apply to the secondary target, and the secondary target is not targeted by an attack, the poison damage from Halo of Spores does not apply to that target. Turn 3 destroy the enemy! Note this does use both of your wildshapes for 1 combat but it’s pretty great. So, while the druids Halo of Spores is active, the attacks normal effects include the additional 1d6 poison damage. Turn 2 move into melee and activate symbiotic entity. Turn 1: bonus action buff self spell (bark skin or guardian of nature) action Wildshape into creature with multi attack (I like the sea lion). Takes a while to set up but lasts 10 mins. Polearm Master (Lv 1): This plus Shillelagh and Symbiotic Entity actually makes this Druid a perfectly viable melee brawler at early to mid levels.Wildshape into animals is great for utility but not that much for combat until. ![]() Spores Druid has one of the best action economies I’ve seen, consistent action, bonus action and reaction play every turn You can always be within 10 feet of an enemy and a little bit of necrotic damage is great.
